Well, here's a first!
At most of our blog parties, bloggers and their readers gather, mingle and generally chat each other up. For the first time ever, we're going to have a blog launched at our party. Yes! the Howard County Library and Howard County General Hospital have partnered to create a new blog called Well and Wise. And, you, dear bloggers (and readers), are cordially invited to come.
It looks like we've got another "first" to celebrate. Our party co-hosts are not just hosts, but sponsors as well. No bar tab this time around (though thanks to Elkridge Patch for opening the door on that one), but there will be appetizers and yummy food to nibble. Officially, it's the Friends of Howard County Library System (not "the" library) and the hospital which are the sponsors.
Please join us on Thursday, May 19th, from 5:30 - 7:30 at Union Jack's Columbia.
